THE NATIONWIDE HOSPITAL TRANSFER CONNECTION
A PATIENT-ORIENTED INTERFACILITY TRANSFER SERVICE THAT PROVIDES EFFICIENT LOGISTICAL SOLUTIONS, 24 HOURS A DAY, 365 DAYS A YEAR.
We help eliminate the frustrating maze of phone calls it takes to get a loved one from one hospital to another. Just call 1 toll-free number and provide us with some basic information. We take care of the rest.
The goal of our Transfer Center is to provide a single point of contact to coordinate the transfer of a patient to any hospital nationwide.
What are common reasons for hospital transfers?
More advanced care is available at another hospital.
Patient or family desire a second opinion
Patient’s problem is not improving.
Originating hospital does not have medical equipment or staff expertise to meet patient’s medical needs.
Patient wants to return to original surgeons or physicians who are familiar with the medical problem from a previous hospitalization.
We cut through the red tape and give you the green light.

What you should know about hospital transfers.
• As a consumer, you have the right to change hospitals and doctors if you are not receiving the care you require. Do not be intimidated by the hospital’s uncooperativeness to your request for a transfer. It is your right! If you feel your needs will be better met elsewhere, insist on your privilege to receive the best possible care.
• We work with hospitals throughout the United States to make the transfer experience as efficient as possible.
