Early Morning Rabbi Isaac Leider arranged a  “bed to bed” transfer for a critically ill patient from a local community hospital in NY to world renowned Mayo Clinic. Photos show Kiryas Joel EMS, Critical Care Transport Unit, transferring patient to highly trained critical care ICU nurses from the Mayo Clinic. They specialize in aviation medicine for air transport to Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota. The transfer afforded the patient maximum quality of care in transit to an even higher level of care at the Mayo Clinic ICU.
